Processing methods

The processing performed by AL is based, according to the regulations ofLegislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196, on the principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of privacy and the rights of the customer and the user.

Specific security measures are complied with to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect and unauthorised access to data.  AL has adopted all minimum security measures provided by the law.

Processing is carried out by the Data Controller and/or officers in charge of data processing.


Sharing, communication and disclosure of information

Data collected will be transferred or communicated to the headquarters of third parties and/or website management technical services, even beyond national borders, for activities strictly connected to and/or instrumental to the purposes for which the data was collected..
